Participating Agencies
- Columbia Environmental Research Center
1) Landscape-level modeling - determine if extent spatial, pattern and intensity of agricultural land use affect the composition of the amphibian community 2) Field experimental studies - determine if water chemistry affects growth and development in natural amphibian populations and stream food web communities. 3) Laboratory studies - determine if agricultural compounds alter amphibian thyroid function and gonad morphology at environmentally relevant concentrations
