Biography

Kayley is a current member of the Vermont Cooperative Fish and Wildlife Research Unit with an interest in applying powerful monitoring and modeling tools to wildlife management and conservation issues. Her previous work includes utilizing community science data to build occupancy models of Olive-sided Flycatchers and analyzing large acoustic datasets to monitor bird communities. Currently, she is working under Dr. Terri Donovan on a remote monitoring project to inform long-term management of Ruffed Grouse and associated birds of conservation need in Vermont.
