Biography

I was born and raised in Eau Claire, WI and obtained my B.S. in Ecology, Evolution, and Behavior from the University of Minnesota- Twin Cities. After graduating I worked as a wolf research technician in both Northern Minnesota and Isle Royale National Park, gaining experience in carnivore research and predator-prey studies. As a result, I am primarily interested in studying large carnivores and their prey and am currently pursuing an M.S. degree studying the influence of Mexican gray wolf recovery on elk behavior.
