Biography
Adrian is a native of Venezuela. His research interest is ecology and conservation of birds of prey. Before coming to the Mississippi Cooperative Research Unit he worked for the Wildlife Conservation Society in Ecuador where he participated in a number of projects including the Andean Condor, Amazon river turtles and many others. His dissertation research is looking at movement ecology and migration strategies of the Turkey Vulture.. Since 2001, I have worked as a conservation biologist for government agencies and NGO's in northern South America and the Eastern US. Main research interest is raptor ecology and conservation.
