Biography
I grew up in northern Wisconsin and ventured westward to earn a B.S. degree from the University of Wyoming. I have worked for the states of Wyoming and Colorado where much of my time was spent sampling native fishes for research and management purposes. My thesis work investigates the microhabitat use by fishes in the Kootenai River, Idaho, as it applies to a large-scale and on-going habitat rehabilitation program. In my free time, I enjoy fishing, performing choral music, and watching the Colorado Avalanche and Green Bay Packers.
