Biography

I grew up in Fairbanks, Alaska and spent recent years working in the Pacific Northwest and Southeastern US. B.S. in Biology from Eastern Oregon University in 2007 and now pursuing my M.S. in Fisheries, Wildlife, and Conservation Biology at North Carolina State University.. Freshwater sport-fish management and research, population dynamics, and invasive species. My current research involves the use of hydroacoustics (underwater sonar) to assess multiple anadromous fish populations as they migrate upstream to spawn in the Roanoke River, NC.
