Biography
Grace grew up in the Chicago area and then made her way up north to the Lake Superior basin, where she earned a B.S. in biology from University of Minnesota Duluth. She earned her master's degree from Michigan Technological University, where she studied the influence of winter diet on energetic status of moose on Isle Royale National Park. She earned her PhD from Michigan Technological University on the winter ecology of white-tailed deer. Her research interests include conservation physiology, foraging ecology, and wildlife-habitat relationships.
