Identify life history patterns and identify the proportion of tagged fish that exhibited those tactics. Estimate summer survival of tagged juvenile coho salmon and compare estimates among spatially, temporally or behaviorally different tag groups. Estimate survival of smolts over river segments as they migrated from rearing areas out of the Shasta River in the spring of 2012. Document and compare growth of physically recaptured individuals from various rearing habitats.
