  • Habitat Assessment and Monitoring Program

The purpose of this study is to assess and compare resource use (prey) of sturgeon that have been collected from reaches representing areas that meet or exceed targets of shallow-water habitat (SWH) and areas with little SWH. A primary hypothesized benefit of SWH is that increased prey items are present and resulting in improved condition of young-of-year sturgeon.
