The objective of the study will be to determine the acute and chronic toxicity effects of plains leopard frog and Chiricahua leopard frog to toxicological effects of a piscicide (rotenone). The research entails characterizing toxicological effects of rotenone at concentrations that are environmentally relevant throughout early life history stages of two native amphibians because of the proximity of their habitat to areas targeted for removal of non-native fishes.
