The Nature Conservancy and the NYCFWRU are employing teh Ecological Limits of Hydrological Alteration framework in teh Grat Lakes drainages of New York and Pennsylvania to develop an objective, spatially explicit process for evaluating teh ecological impacts of water withdrawals from tributaries of Lake Ontario, Lake Erie adn teh upper St. Lawrence River.
