This study investigates the ecology of coastal lagoons along northwestern Alaska. We are interested in understanding what food web species are important for subsistence fishes, what species occur in the different types of lagoons, and seasonal use of lagoons by fishes are using coastal lagoons with implications for climate change and petroleum development in the Chukchi Sea.
