      <attraccr>The boundary was reproduce from the original survey description.  There are no added attributes other than those created by Arc/INFO.</attraccr>
    </attracc>
    <logic>The data has no duplicated lines, all lines intersect at nodes. PC Arc/INFO 3.5 was used to "CLEAN" the line work to create a coverage with polygon and arc topology.  ArcView 3.0 was then used to convert the coverage to a shape file.</logic>
    <complete>All monuments and corners documented on the surveys were used to create the boundary data.</complete>

        <procdesc>The coordinate information present on the sources was entered into an ASCII text file.  The coordinate information was entered as X,Y. Once entered, the text file was entered with the "GENERATE" command into PC Arc/INFO 3.5. "CLEAN" was then performed on the coverage.  Coincident lines were then deleted and the coverage was "CLEANed". A portion of  the boundary was digitized from the survey maps.  The coverage was then converted to an ArcView shape file.  Some portions of the sources were digitized because X,Y coordinates did not exist in the survey.</procdesc>
