        <procdesc>1. Color infrared aerial photographs in film format were scanned at 600 dpi using Photoshop and an Epson 10000XL scanner.
2. Passpoints were identified and measured on overlapping photos
3. GCPs were identified on USGS DOQQs and measured on all photos
4. Elevations for GCPs were extracted from the National Elevation Dataset (NED)
5. Analytical aerotriangulation was performed to densify the control network
6. Digital orthophotos were created using the Desktop Mapping System (DMS) software, the scanned photos and the NED
7. Final CIR orthophotos were mosaicked using the Mosaic Wizard in Leica-Geosystems Imagine 9.1</procdesc>
