            <geoform>remote sensing images</geoform>
<othercit>A set of five orthorectified color infrared MrSID images of Cape Cod National Seashore: ntruro-mosaic5-7.sid, ntruro-mosaic-8-10.sid, nwwellf-mos-4-7.sid, pamet-mos-4-7.sid and PROV-mosaic11-14.sid. Produced from color infrared photos taken October 4, 2000 by James Sewall Company, Old Town, Maine. Orthorectification accomplished with IMAGINE Orthobase software to result in about 1-meter pixel resolution. This set of photomosaics was originally intended to be used for photo interpretation to produce a vegetation map of Cape Cod National Seashore. They were ultimately found to be unsatisfactory for the intended purpose due to color distortions and uneven horizontal accuracy, however, they were used to aid in land cover interpretation and for spatial reference of vegetation polygons based on Cape Cod Vegetation Classification categories (2004).</othercit>

Keystone Aerial Surveys, Inc. of Philadelphia, PA flew the photography in April 2001. The source imagery was acquired with Leica RC-30 calibrated aerial mapping cameras at a flying height of approximately 5,000 meters (15,000 feet).
